OVERVIEW:
All sales are final, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of the purchase date following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at info@MyNuSWAG.com with the subject title “Exchange + Order Number” along with a short description and pictures of damaged products. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility For REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGES:
- Exchanging for a different design/product/color is NOT permitted.
- Exchanging product size(s) is permitted.
- PLUS SIZE exchanges may require up-charges.
- Exchanges must be returned in original packaging.
To be eligible for exchanging your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Received Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/replacement.
If you are approved, then your exchange/replacement will be processed.
